Every bright object casts a shadow.

You shine bright. The brighter you shine, the starker your shadow.

How does your shadow fall? What does it block from view? What connection does it disrupt? What does it accentuate as parts of the scene fade?

Get captivated in your brilliance yes. But also check in to see the strength, impact, placement and direction of your shadow.

You may need to shine some other lights brighter - your own or others. You may need to dim this overly bright one to fade and settle a flare up. You may want to reposition to cast the shadow elsewhere. An upgrade might be best to change texture, colour or shape.

Shadow sides give us rest, allows us to focus and has the power to gift us balance.
