Oops I dropped the last lemon tart. 

A prestigious Chef of a 5 Star restaurant had a staff member who accidently dropped the very last lemon tart towards the end of a service. 

This Chef had a few choices. Two follow:

One, yell and scream to humiliate the younger Chef and apologise to the customer. An offer of a free dessert of another choice would follow. 

Two, recreate the dessert with the broken tart alongside the younger member of staff to create something new. Generate possibility out of a challenge. 

Then literally name the dessert: Oops I dropped the lemon tart.  

One approach permits anger to squish and squash.  

One approach leverages curiosity to generate and create.  

From all reports the dish is still on this restaurants menu!
