Blindspots

We all have blindspots things we are willfully or unwillingly not seeing. It may be things about ourself, our place in the world or about others.

Working on these blind spots helps us understand ourselves better. It can support the kind of discovery that leads us to greater generosity, greater care and greater meaningfulness in our lives.

Put simply it helps us serve others whilst caring for ourselves.

If you want to find some blindspots look out for when you tense up, check out those moments of powerless, watch for what gets under your skin and look out for what angers you in others.

These are expedition starting points. A first line of discovery. Make sure you are equipped for this journey with self-compassion, humour and the kind of chutzpah that you bring to any challenge you don't have all the answers to.
