Lead from behind

Think of those moments when you truly changed your mind about something. Grab one out of the depth of your mind to ponder for a minute.

This new perspective was probably brought about by a hint, glimpse or a retelling of someone else's perspective of learning and change - but this alone didn't get you all the way.  

What worked to really move you is probably where you connected various experiences into a fuller understanding of the change you have now embraced.

It wasn't that time you were told what you should do, think or say. It was at that time you probably did the opposite. 

The people who impact the most change on others are the people that create a space for change and then lead others from behind.
