The other day a mate and I were having lunch and he said:
"You know what Andrew it sounds like you don't have 1 particular niche; I mean you are a coach to CEOs, work with technology teams to better understand their options and have a general focus across the customer lifecycle - marketing, sales, service, finance and retention."
I said "Well yeah I do have a niche - it's anxiety!"
I turn up every day and meet my clients where they are at. Often there is a lot of anxiety to either solve the massive problems in front of them (yesterday) OR an impulse to quickly take advantage of opportunities in front of them.
I adopt a client centred approach focused on exploration, connecting the dots, soothing anxiety with simplification and piecing together a plan of action so the client can put one foot in front of anther to activate the change they seek.
