If you made a decision tomorrow to totally ignore the "urgent" stuff that plagues your desk daily and focus on what is truly "important" the crisis filled "urgent" stuff that incessantly arrives will slowly and steadily disappear.
Thats not to say the crisis isn't important. It very well could be. If it truly is focus on that.
Often though, crises are invented to help us avoid the "important" stuff that if focused on could just make us great. It's this greatness that we fear the most.
