Anti Lock Brakes

An anti-lock braking system (ABS) is an automobile safety system that allows the wheels on a car to maintain 'tractive contact' with the road surface when a driver applies brakes heavily and suddenly, preventing the wheels from locking up to avoid uncontrolled skidding.

A driver once experiencing the start and stop shakes of the ABS taking effect took their foot off the brakes and slammed their foot down again trying to get them to work properly!

We are all fitted with anti-lock brakes. Do you know how to use them?

Life has a tendency to activate our anti-lock system automatically and at the time it seems like our brakes are not working. They are. They are allowing us to transition into the change we sought but were not ready for and prevent us skidding off the road ahead.

So relax. Sit back. Let your inner strength that guides you to take over when you are coming up to big changes in your life or within your organisation.
