Do you want certainty? Pop into the 'now'. Get inside this moment. It is very certain in the here and now.
Worry is about what is going to happen. Guilt is about what has already happened. These two key emotions sometimes distort reality completely.
Sometimes they drive us forward to greater self-awareness. Sometimes they fracture the parts of us leading to a lack of self-awareness.
One thing I know for sure is if I rest inside of this moment I am clearer, more aware of myself and more aware of the people around me.
This more and more leads me to have effective relationships, more often than not situations lead to forward motion and I am prepared and ready for whatever might come up next.
