You know you want change. You are committed to seeing it happen. You bring others on board to help support the change you envision. You begin to test the boundaries of the change you seek.
The proof of concept was designed to colour in the gaps in the pathway up ahead. Most of what you see in the pathway ahead is great - splendid - improvement - forward motio0n. Some of what you see up ahead persist the old ways of thinking and doing - oh - hmm - sigh.
So we envision utopian change but get to a middling point. A point of balance? Which might just be the change we need not the change we want?
Change is much like the "big bang". Occurs in an instant but evolves, gestates, ebbs, flows and emerges into a powerful contributor to richness over a much longer period of time.
