We choose our workplaces, we choose to stay and we choose to leave.
At work we surround ourselves with the people, we can learn from. We allow for situations to show up in our lives that contribute to a forward motion. We structure scenarios with other people that help shape us into the people we want to become. We enable chaos or a sense of balance to take shape.
This might be completely conscious or entirely unconscious. The choices are still being made whether you are mindful of them or not.
What is showing up in your work right now? What is showing up in frustrations or pleasure? Is work your therapy? Is it a vehicle of change? Are you aware of it? Are you in the drivers seat?
