Crisis vs Important

Often in our organisations we go from crisis to crisis to crisis. Solving incredibly urgent problems at a rapid pace.

Often times the urgency and pace forces us to leave out due diligence, checks and balances that make sure our decisions are aligned to our overarching Purpose and Ambitions.

We slug away at patching up the leaky boat and don't realise that we are creating inefficiencies, vulnerabilities and a lack of sustainability for the long term. 

This lack of sustainability, vulnerability and inefficiency has a direct impact on our organisations. The direct impact of propagating future crises! 

The more we focus on crisis the less time we can diligently, methodically and sustainably solve for the complex, human centred and important evolutions our businesses need.
