Strategy - Your direction. Why you exist. What values drive you. What it will look like when you have changed.
Planning - Plot out who is going to support and activate the change. List what needs to be done when. Prioritise your list. Chunk your list into phases - what is achievable now, soon and later?
Activation - Activate change within in the context of your Strategy and Planning. Activate from the foundation you built in the first 2 steps - your direction and the details - the devil is in the details.
