Hygiene -  It may not come naturally but it's a good idea to practice regularly. 

Avoid brushing your teeth for a week you'll notice pretty quickly it's impact on your breath, gums and teeth.  

Avoid processing invoices, issuing compliance reporting, responding to emails or tending to clutter - you'll see, hear and feel the impact in no time at all. 

Tend regularly to those things that contribute to peace of mind, space and orderliness.  

Not to have an overly regimented life but to balance the chaos, mess and clutter that often times helps us create. 

Show up. Honour rituals - the big and the small (just like brushing your teeth).
