Think of one of those self critical stories you tell yourself about yourself. The barrage of self doubt. The stark perceived reality of what everyone else must be thinking.
In those moments of cyclical thought do we ever stop ourselves and ask: What are other people truly thinking?
Not what we have been told to think they are thinking but what they are really thinking?
People (like you) are generally way more absorbed in their own internal narrative about themselves then what they think about you.
Stop the cycle. Practice self appreciation, respect and a connection to what makes you brilliant. Remind yourself of your genius and the possibilities you represent constantly.
