Pace

There are times for the fast pace striding that happens when you start and finish a race. There are times for the slowing down and settling in of the middle of a marathon. 

Push yourself too far you may not have enough energy to sustain yourself. Don't push enough and you might be left behind.  

Grow in deep awareness of your energy, limits, boundaries and condition. Leverage this to regulate a pace so we all get the most of you.
